Villa Iris is located among the villages Adele, Agia Paraskevi and Maroulas, the latter being a traditional settlement with old Venetian mansions. The walking distance to all three villages from the villa is 5-10 minutes.

The distance to Rethymno city is 8km. Rethymno is the beautiful capital of the region, characterised by its picturesque Venetian harbour. In a distance of 3km, you can visit Platanias, a resort with plenty of restaurants, taverns, bars and beaches.
